Helping Hand Nurse is a leading home health care company seeking an HR Associate. The HR associate will champion onboarding, evaluation, staff development and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide staff onboarding, orientation and training
  • Ensure compliance of HR records and communicate with field staff to update records
  • Address field staff issues, concerns and documentation needs
  • Prepare and generate reports as requested by supervisor
  • Collaborate with team to retain care staff and improve satisfaction
  • Work in conjunction with team members on home care case management
  • Report incidents and complaints
  • Understand employee handbook

Qualifications include:

  • Criminal record background check in accordance with state requirements for home health agencies
  • High school graduate or higher
  • At least 1 year of human resources experience
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle fast paced and demonstrating sound judgment
  • Knowledge of computer applications including HR systems, payroll systems, electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
  • Must be very organized and detailed to keep track of all moving parts
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Car

  • 8 hour shift
