Helping Hand Nurse is a Home Health Care agency servicing the greater Harrisburg Area and surrounding counties. We are currently looking for a Full Time Client Care Coordinator.

The Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating patient care with field staff, doctors, and organizations
  • Conducting orientation/training for new caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with caregiver clock‐in and clock‐out requirements
  • Requesting authorizations
  • Comfortable visiting patients in their homes when needed for care management
  • Developing relationships with different Service Coordinators
  • Increasing satisfaction and caregiver/patient retention
  • Creating patient schedules and assigning staff to appropriate schedules promptly

Qualifications include:

  • At least one year of home care experience is preferred but training is provided
  • Have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Be patient and congenial on the phone
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must drive and own a car
